Carbon Graphite

Carbon Graphite is a very common and highly sought after material for Vacuum Furnace Hot Zone consumable components. The major benefits to using graphite is its strength qualities in high temperature and corrosive environments. Many heat treat furnaces will heat up to extremely high temperatures and cooling at a rapid rate. This can be hard on the components inside of the furnace. Graphite holds up well in this applications while maintaining chemical resistance, strength, and shape. Graphite withstands thermal expansion EXTREMELY well. We offer advanced carbon machined products in the following grades 500, HLM, 2191 and ISO grades.
