704 Diffusion Pump Oil for Vacuum pumps our fluid is a direct replacement to Dow Corning DC-704 Fluid silicone diffusion pump fluid oxidation & radiation resistant, thermally stable and low vapor pressure.

Typically this silicone fluid is used in aerospace, vacuum coating, metallurgical, and research industries. Suitable for higher volume vacuums of 10-6 torr to 10-8 torr (untrapped) for aggressive applications.
